Conductor and creator Amy Andersson teams with composers and songwriters Sonita Alizadeh, Nathalie Bonin, Miriam Cutler, Anne-Kathrin Dern, Isolde Fair, Sharon Farber, Mandy Hoffman, Penka Kouneva, Starr Parodi, and Lolita Ritmanis, who together have created a rich and cinematic orchestral experience. Concertgoers will hear an unprecedented seventeen world premieres that inspire hope and courage for women and girls around the world.
Special guest artists included Afghan rapper/songwriter Sonita Alizadeh, singer/songwriter Isolde Fair, violinist Nathalie Bonin, Gillian Hassert vocalist, and the Visionary Singers. Iranian human rights activist/ author Masih Alinejad was the honored guest speaker and Riga Cathedral Girls’ Choir TIARA, under the baton of Aira Birzina, sang remotely from Riga, Latvia.
